Regreening the desert

If we were to restore the vast areas of the planet where we humans have degraded the soil just think what an impact we would have on taking carbon out of the atmosphere. As much as a quarter or the world land mass has been degraded and much could be rehabilitated in the way we have seen on the Loess plateau. And we have only just began to recognise the real value of natural capital. Surely investing in the recovery of the damaged environments is a cost effective way of solving many of the problems we face today. The source of wealth is the functional ecosystem. The products and services that we derive from those are derivatives. It’s impossible for the derivatives to be more valuable than the source. And yet in our economy now as it stands the products and services have a monetary values, but the source - the functional ecosystems - are zero. So this cannot be true. It’s false. So we’ve created a global institution of economic theory based on a flaw logic. So if we carry that flaw in logic from generation to generation we compound the mistake.

The lives of 20mil people have been directly improved in China by applying the lessons of the Loess plateau. This extends the growing season and gives high value produce.

The floods, mud slides and droughts are not inevitable. Here on the Loess plateau I have witnessed how people can lift themselves out of poverty. Without vegetation cover on the hill sides when the rains come, the water doesn’t soak into the ground but flows away in a flood, then it’s not available for agriculture during the rest of the year. This leads to drought and famously for Ethiopia, famine.

Kiribati

Drowning paradise, to help preserve the land children are planting mango trees on beaches.

It is also an interesting example of how imported western food messes up the health of local people. Suddenly the hospital is full because people eat crappy food. Luckily one local lady is teaching everyone how to cook healthy food to boost your body's immune system. I don't think we should treat organic food as some sort of novelty branded organic. More like this is how it always should have been. We should preserve the forgotten wisdom and help. This lady should have a cooking class on youtube! As she does thtrough this doco, but solely focused on healt. Oldy lady spin off please :)

Pineal gland and decalcification

We consume to much fluoride which stops the right functioning of pineal gland. Whose important function is control of melatonin levels which controls our sleep and body clock. What needs to be eliminated from our diet is the following: fluoride, bromium.

Good for you: enough sunshine to activate and exercise the PG and getting enough sleep.

Eat organic food where possible: sodium fluoride is often added to water, it is also used as a pesticide, and can be found in meet and vegetables. Animals are pumped with all sorts of chemicals including fluoride rich pesticide and hormones.

Nothing is organic unless you buy organic meet. All of this stuff affects your immune system and your body's ability to clear toxins and excess minerals from the body.

Buying water that isn't heavily chlorinated is better for you. Also avoid bromide (which can be found in some cosmetics, hair products, hot tub cleaners, extermination products, prescription drugs, cell phones, fabric softeners, dyes, it is also added as fire retardant also to funiture, car interior, clothing etc). These three halides should be eliminated from our diet and one good thing that eliminates them is iodine. She recommends indigo nutrition Kelp Powder rich in iodine.

Do not refrigerate food in plastic containers, there can be bromide leaching into the food. Same with plastic bottled drinks. Avoid potassium bromate in food. Soft drinks and citrus flavored sodas can contain brominated vegetable oils (BVOs).

Brain sand is the calcification of PG, including calcium phosphate (E341) - check bread, milk.

Calcium carbonate. Natural magnesium regulates calcium and is good.

Magnesium phosphate is bad.

Ammonium phosphate is bad, can be found in beer.

Avoid processed foods, processed sugar, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.

By avoiding these toxins your body can better avoid all toxins. Exercise gets the blood pumping and helps to cleanse the body. Meditation is good. She recommends Greens mix consisting of spirulinaa, chlorella, wheetgrass, barley grass to help boost the immune system. Good stuff: tumeric, foods rich in vitamin C, apple cider vinegar, blueberries, chia seeds, seaweed, linseed and many other healthy foods.
